and I know lag is a problem but theres not a lot I can do

And you might want to do something about lag (like you cant play if theres too much lag).
Cuz when theres alot of lag, you get MUCH better scores. *hint* *hint*

  that sort of thing isnt detectable by flash and I would need to rely on JP to build some form of notifier for the mouse

  no i mean when the mouse is off the playing screen, for example if internet options pop up in the middle of you playing, you no longer are "attached" to the playing screen.

And you sugested it yourself on the level comments...

I did add anti-right-click...thats as far as the anti-cheat goes...

  no, i think you should do the time thing, if the mouse is off for a cetain amount of time you die.

This would also prevent alot of other minor cheats.
