  MARC, is it possible for time stoppers to stop timed finishes?

  If your changing the game, can you at least make the "current time" be "current score"?
You have to acount for the "best score" and "best so far" options anyway, so its only a small step extra.

You should put the game back into test phase because chances are there will be more problems.

  it really does depend how bad really...right now its represented by a coloured box in the corner next to the mute button...
if you have a frame rate of 28+ then youre not lagging(green)
if you have a frame rate of 25-28 then youre slightly lagging(orange)
if you have a frame rate of 20-25 then youre badly lagging(red)
the system just started and doesnt know your frame rate(white)
and lower than 20fps and it stops the game
on most levels I stick on green all the time but on others where its circuit-rich and I die a lot in a short period it goes down into orange and rarely red
it hasnt cut me off though...and also opening another level bypasses the lock as its not designed to completely shut down just stop the level playing

  it depends how much your PC lags, is it one of those 'just noticable' lags or is it a really bad one?

like 3fps when its supposed to go at 30fps

if you lag over a period of about 10 frames it locks up, so dont do it :P

and I really don't care about highscores just getting more EXP points

  my laptops a vista and it rarely lags even with the blatant signs of it javing a virus that my antivirus cant find
