ok...also mention any superweapons I create can be used without permission by upto tier 3, and with permission by upto tier 5, and the Ion Cannon takes 3 hours to recharge(ofc when its complete)

i put it as a building on my list, because divisions are suposed to be groups of membors that work together, like if the vforceteam gets the 4000th post, they would be mentioned in the first post...
EX: 4000th post: BlooDemons Vforceteam.

it's a science facility...it counts as division but I dont want any members

yah, but Ellement 75 was good when he was activ, if he comes back and ive been long gone... i would like him to be presedent or vice presedent.

you actually didn't use my divisions, they are how I want my stuff arranged
also, where did Ellement75 come from?
I would put him as tier 6, along with MarioIsFireball10 and JonasBrothersFan, and put tier 6-11, and Ellement75, as tier 5
