ok...also mention any superweapons I create can be used without permission by upto tier 3, and with permission by upto tier 5, and the Ion Cannon takes 3 hours to recharge(ofc when its complete)

i put it as a building on my list, because divisions are suposed to be groups of membors that work together, like if the vforceteam gets the 4000th post, they would be mentioned in the first post...
